CROHN’S DISEASE

CROHN’S DISEASE
If you are diagnosed with CROHN’S, relax!
You are not sick; you are allergic to several foods. When you eat foods that your body rejects, the whole digestive tract (from the mouth to the anus) targets itself for destruction. The problem is that you do not necessarily know which food is causing the disturbance.
The question is: do you have will power?
In order to discover which food you are allergic to, you have to go through a process of elimination; and, when you discover the culprit, it must never be eaten again.
If you have gas after eating a certain food and or discomfort on the right side of the belly from the liver down, you are allergic to that food. If you have a fat or pudgy belly after eating something, you are allergic to share more content it. If you have bad breath after eating a particular food and or condiment, you are allergic to it. And, finally, if you have pustules in your mouth hill climb racing cheats online after eating something, you are allergic to it and your whole digestive tract shares the same reaction –even if you do not feel it. If you allow the swelling to persist, it will damage your pancreas and you may become diabetic.
Doctors will try to give you steroids for the swelling, and you will take antibiotics every time you have a crisis. That’s a problem.
Steroids will make you puffy like a balloon and will eventually destroy your kidneys; and, the antibiotics will destroy your friendly bacteria and therefore render digestion more difficult if not impossible.
I recommend the following steps:
1) If in crisis, find a good specialist of the gut and he or she should prescribe an antibiotic that will not be too harsh on your stomach – one that marvel future fight cheats goes directly to the small intestine. Let that be the last time you ever take antibiotics.
2) Upon completion of the antibiotics, start replenishing your friendly bacteria –buy a good large spectrum pro biotic from the cooler of a good health food store – powder form, and take it at least twice a day.
3) Use Ginger powder as a tea and or spice in your food – it is excellent for inflammation, and it helps digestion. Take hot Ginger and Chamomile tea with your meal – not before or after but during. Do not eat after 6:00 PM. You may also take Chamomile tea at night to help you sleep better.
4) Eliminate all sweet foods and or drinks – including sweet fruits, artificial sweeteners and milk – believe it or not, fructose is not always your friend. Use salt very sparingly.
5) Test and see if you tolerate the following foods one after the other: Basmati Rice, Peas, Red leaf lettuce, Celery stalks (raw), baby spinach (raw) and soaked steel cut oats (raw) with cinnamon powder and a little lime zest (no sugar)made into a paste through a food processor. Pay close attention to the peas, as it has fructose and maybe a problem. Stay away from black pepper and onions.
6) When you get better, add fish including the heads of salmon and turkey cooked with lots of lemon, thyme, garlic and a little salt if you must have it.
7) Practice deep breathing, yoga (asana, meditation and Pranayama –find a spiritual teacher), love your neighbor and make peace with your enemies
And, of course, if you have any question, you may write me a note on the site. I will be happy to assist and learn from you.
